Distance and pace, called out loud.
Stride measures your runs, walks and hikes with the GPS already in your
iPhone, and tells you where you are each time you pass a milestone — so you
never take the phone out to look.

What it does
-
Speaks up as you pass each milestone
Distance, elapsed time and average pace, every half kilometre or
every five miles — whichever you set. It ducks your music instead of
stopping it.
-
Runs, walks and hikes
Pick the kind before you head out. Each session is saved as what it
was, and Health files walks and hikes under their own headings.
-
Heart rate from your watch or a strap
Whatever you already wear. An Apple Watch needs no setup at all.
-
Share with friends, without an account
It goes through your own iCloud. Friends see your distance and pace.
Your route never leaves your iPhone.
-
Six colours, and the icon follows
Change the colour and the app on your Home Screen changes with
it.
What it doesn't do
There is no account and no server of ours. Your runs, your
splits and the route you took stay on your iPhone. Nothing is measured about
how you use the app, because there is nothing in it that measures you.
Read the privacy policy — it is short, because
the truthful version is short.
